1, What is the difference between EAC and CU-TR? CU-TR means Customs Union TR technical certificate, the mark of CU-TR is EAC. It involves Customs Union TR Certificate and Customs Union TR Declaration of Conformity.
2, how long is the certificate valid for? - The validity period of the certificate can be single-batch, 1-year validity period, 3-year validity period, 5-year validity period.
3, what is the difference between single-batch, 1-year validity period, 3-year validity period, 5-year validity period certificate?
1) Single batch certificate: certificate is only applicable to single export use.
2) One-year certificate: multiple export within one year, and some products need to be sent for sample testing and factory inspection.
3) Three-year certificate: multiple export within three years, and some products need to be sent for sample testing and factory inspection.
4) Five-year certificates: multiple export within five years, and some products need to be sent for sample testing and factory inspection.
5, do I need to get ISO 9001 before application for EAC Certificate? - No. This is not a prerequisite.
